Is alerting customizable based on SLA thresholds or session states?

SLA-Based Threshold Alerts

You can define alerts for latency, jitter, packet loss, and throughput violations per link or application. These thresholds can be set globally or per site.

Session State Monitoring

Alerts can be triggered on PPP session drops, IPsec tunnel flaps, failover events, or authentication failures. These are critical for validating uptime and SLA compliance.

Delivery Channels

Alerts are delivered via email and SMS.

Escalation & Suppression Logic

Piscis supports alert escalation based on severity and suppression windows to avoid noise during maintenance or known events.
